Optional assessor-oriented evidence tied to the shared-record path. Interface language only. Not an Arbiter API dump and not a published schema.

Maturity
On Integration Surfaces, Arbiter fingerprint / seal is labeled contract-preview / by arrangement unless your engagement states otherwise. Do not claim sealed assessor readiness in production planning until that row is Live or explicitly entitled.
Interface meaning

This does not replace external write signatures on Legate prepare/submit. Agents still prepare. Signers still conclude writes.
